The Workforce Wizard 2.0 is a tool that enables you to access up-to-date workforce data for industries, occupations or regions in South Australia. Results can be viewed in an automatically-generated report or in a data file.

Version 2.0 has additional data modules for industry and regions. It offers the ability to select from the full ABS classification hierarchies; to choose comparisons for your selections and to save searches.

The Workforce Wizard enables you to customise and build information in a report on topics such as:

• employment size and status
• gender and age profiles
• qualifications and schooling profiles
• Vocational Education and Training information, including apprentice and trainees

What will I need?

You will need Microsoft Excel 2003 and Microsoft Word 2003 onwards. (Note: It will not work on Mac operating systems or 64-bit processors.)

The Workforce Wizard will automatically inform you when a new data update is due and the Workforce Information Service will email you around this time with a download link to update your current version.
