Women - Building the Talent Base forum

The Women – Building the Talent Base forum at the Adelaide Festival Centre was held in March 2010, hosted by the Defence Teaming Centre and delivered in partnership with the Department of Further Education, Employment, Science and Technology (DFEEST).

The forum’s central theme was assisting businesses’ competitive advantage by improving the attraction, retention and development of women. A range of speakers showcased industry initiatives for developing female talent within their respective organisations.
