Industry Profiles
Industry workforce profiling provides details of industry and workforce characteristics across a range of industry divisions.
Profiling is organised in accordance with the Australian Bureau of Statistics Australian and New Zealand Standard Industrial Classification (ANZSIC) which estimates the industry size and percentage of the South Australian labour market that is employed by each sector.

- The Department of Trade and Economic Development (DTED) produces a range of industry profiles which are available on its southaustralia.biz portal.
There is some overlap with the profiles covered by the DFEEST Industry Workforce Summaries, though the DTED profiling examines 13 specific industry areas in South Australia. - The 16 South Australian Training and Skills Commission Industry Profiles form part of its Skills for Jobs: Priorities for Developing South Australia's Workforce document.
- Industry Skills Councils undertake scans of their 11 respective industries to provide an overview of current and future trends and developments. These scans are being updated throughout 2010.
